IN THE EVENT THE RESERVATION IS CANCELED LESS THAN 21 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP, THE DOWN PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RESCHEDULE THE TRIP, THEN THE DOWN PAYMENT WILL APPLY TO THE NEXT EVENT DATE.
