CUSTOMER MAY CANCEL RESERVATION IF THEY WISH. THE DOWN PAYMENT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELED MORE THAN 21 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP. IN THE EVENT THE RESERVATION IS CANCELED LESS THAN 21 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP, THE DOWN PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RESCHEDULE THE TRIP, THEN THE DOWN PAYMENT WILL APPLY TO THE NEXT EVENT DATE.
